We do things a little differently here: premium produce cooked over the Josper grill, cocktails with serious attitude, and three tasting menus starting at just $65pp. Or skip the structure and go à la carte – no rules, just bold flavour.
Weeknights are never quiet. Taco Tuesday and Wagyu Wednesday are your new midweek rituals. Happy Hour runs Tuesday to Friday, with drinks as playful as they are punchy. And weekends? Bottomless brunch turns up the tempo.
Just steps from Smith Street, our space is built for it all – group dinners, date nights, hens parties, corporate lunches, you name it. At Pincho, the music’s a little louder, the plates a little fuller, and the night always longer than expected.
