Available as both a set menu or special tasting experience, expect some of our most popular signature dishes, such as the classic snapper ceviche, followed by blackened spatchcock with ají poller sauce and Wagyu beef cooked perfectly over our open fire grill.

Our Pincho Lunch at $45pp features a shared entree, two mains and sides, perfect for a simple and delcious lunch. 

For something a little more special, try our ‘Taste of Pincho’ at $65pp, a tasting menu featuring a selection of some of our favourite dishes and a main per person.
