Our fully private dining room. Upstairs, hidden away, and wrapped in rich Latin American interiors. Moody lighting, luxe finishes, and a space that feels worlds away from the main floor. Built for celebrations, long lunches, board meetings, and nights that deserve their own room.

Can we host the ceremony and reception in the same venue?
Yes – that’s one of the reasons couples book us. Ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and dance floor all under one roof. No taxis between venues, no awkward gap.
Do you allow external celebrants?
Yes. Bring your own celebrant or we can recommend trusted local ones.
How many guests can you host for a wedding?
Up to 200 seated or 300 cocktail across the full venue.
Do you offer wedding packages or is it all bespoke?
We have starting packages from $65pp food + drinks options, then we tailor every wedding from there. No two Pincho weddings look the same.
Can we have a band or DJ?
Absolutely. We have a sound system and space for DJs and live bands. We can recommend trusted suppliers, or you can BYO.
Is the venue accessible?
The ground floor is wheelchair accessible. To get upstairs you can go via the Lyf Accommodation building next door on Oxford st.
Can we bring our own cake? Absolutely. Cakeage fee applies. We can also arrange dessert tables, late-night snacks and other sweet add-ons.
Do you cater dietaries?
GF, DF, vegan, allergies, kosher and halal options available. Just give us advance notice.
Do you welcome same-sex and multicultural weddings?
Always. Every kind of love, every kind of celebration.
How far in advance should we book?
Peak season (October–April) books out 6–12 months ahead. Midweek and off-peak weddings are more flexible.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes – bookings are confirmed with a deposit. Full T&Cs and payment schedule on enquiry.
