Un Sancocho Por Colombia

This August, we’re coming together for Colombia.

On Sunday 23 August, Chef Diego is volunteering his time to cook a pot of traditional Colombian Sancocho – a rich, comforting meat and root vegetable soup.

From 12pm–6pm, or until sold out, we’ll be serving bowls for $25, with 100% of the profits from every Sancocho sold donated to support people affected by the recent earthquake in Colombia.

This one is close to home for us. Many of our team, including Chef Diego, are Colombian, with friends and family back home. So we’re doing what we know best: filling the room, turning up the music and bringing people together around good food and raising money.

Come in for a bowl, stay for a drink and some music. Sancocho will be available to dine in or take away.
