As the days cool down, we’re swapping spritzes for something a little more refined: the martini.
 
This winter, GREY GOOSE and Pincho Disco are shaking things up with a bold new martini menu, launching June 19 for Martini Month and running until the end of July. Think iconic cocktails reimagined with a playful Latin twist.

THE MENU

The Mexican Martini ($19)A Latin-inspired twist on the martini, with Grey Goose vodka, a spiced Mexican vermouth, and a hint of chilli oil. It’s complex, warming, and vibrant, a cocktail with heat, character, and attitude. 

Classic GREY GOOSE Martini ($19) – A variation of a martini with a twist, featuring Grey Goose vodka and a French champagne vermouth in place of the traditional dry style. Served with a lemon twist. It’s crisp, elegant, and effortlessly indulgent.

Smoked Dirty Martini ($19) – A savoury reimagining of the classic dirty martini, made with Grey Goose vodka and rosemary smoked olives. Rich, aromatic, and herbaceous with a smoky edge, it’s bold, briny, and deeply satisfying. 

Goosebumps ($36) – Nothing says luxury like a premium caviar bump – especially when it’s paired with an icy pour of GREY GOOSE Altius. Inspired by alpine elegance and crafted for slow, deliberate sipping, this prestige vodka makes for a ritual worth savouring. Available exclusively at select venues across Australia.
