Each course will be paired with a showstopping lineup of Penfolds wines — Champagne Cuvée, 2018 Bin A Chardonnay, 2021 Bin 600 Cabernet Shiraz, and the iconic 2010 Bin 169 Cabernet Sauvignon.
And to finish? A delicious dessert, perfectly matched with an exclusive Pincho cocktail.
